Booking & Payment

Please contact us for information and we will help arrange a tour that suits your expectations. If you already have an idea of where and what you want to do, we'll tailor a package so that your trip will be exactly what you want it to be.


DEPOSIT PAYMENT

To confirm your booking a deposit payment of between 20%-40% of the total price of the tour will be requested. The amount of deposit paid will depend on your package. We request higher deposits for tours with transportation / elephants riding / domestic flights as we need to pay deposits upfront to secure the booking for you on those.


The deposit is payable in Euros via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account, we'll send you a PayPal invoice via email, which you can pay by credit card. PayPal charges 5% transaction fees, which we will split between you and us.


BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND BALANCE DUE

Once the deposit payment received, we will send you a booking confirmation and a detailed itinerary. The booking confirmation will indicate the balance due payable in cash in Indonesia Rupiahs upon your arrival in Bukit Lawang.


If you wish to settle the balance due upfront via PayPal before the start of the tour, we will in that case raise a final PayPal invoice in Hong Kong dollars. Also, the 5% PayPal fees will be entirely borne by yourselves for the balance payment.


CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation up to 2 weeks before the start of the tour, we will refund you 50% of the deposit paid. There will be no refund issued for shorter notice cancellation.
